Solution Timeline Template - for System-type Solutions
The Template below provide a basic outline of the actions required to manage a Phase and when each action should occur.
For any specific System, use this along with the desired Medium-Term Planning Template (Quarterly-, Bi-Monthly- or Monthly-Release) and Short-Term Planning Template to compile an overall Planning Timeline Template for the Solution.
Note that the numbers in the orange circles represent: stages in the Long-Term, relative to the cycle depicted.
