The ITM enables Service Providers to offer improved delivery capabilities. For instance, it can guide providers through tasks and roles they may not be as familiar with as they would like. Moreover, the ITM also provides a variety of knowledge capital any Implementer can use, or offer to their clients. Indeed, the ITM's practical, actionable guidance allows Implementers to expand or enhance many service offerings, and to exceed client expectations.
